The SmartDNS, a global load balancer, distributes requests
to server farms of ISPs closest to clients considering
server's health and proximity while reducing the network
bottleneck. SmartDNS provides two options for your convenience,
static and dynamic bindings using static and dynamic
address assignments respectively, to locate the nearest
server.
